深圳大学杨楚罗、刘贺等:精细调控螺环锁定MR-TADF分子,实现接近BT.2020标准的高效绿色电致发光

有机发光二极管(OLED)在下一代高清显示技术中的潜力备受关注,其关键是开发兼具高效率与高色纯度的发光材料。 近日,深圳大学杨楚罗教授和刘贺副教授等人在Science China Materials发表研究论文,提出了一种有效策略,通过在多共振骨架中螺环锁定和外围取代,实现了高性能绿光发射。

本文要点

1) 刚性且大位阻的螺单元抑制了分子振动并减弱聚集,从而在掺杂薄膜中保持了窄半峰宽(FWHM < 30 nm);外围取代基精细调控发射波长, 使其位于纯绿光区域;同时促进了高水平偶极取向。 2) 基于LL108和LL125的电致发光器件外量子效率(EQE)分别达29.5%和24.4%,同时半峰宽均小于30 nm,CIE色坐标分别(0.20, 0.71)和(0.18, 0.72),接近BT.2020绿光标准。 3) 在敏化型OLED中,其电致发光性能进一步提升,最大EQE达30.3%,且效率滚降显著降低。

【作者简介】



Jiamin Liu (刘嘉敏) pursued her Master’s degree in 2023 under the supervision of professor Chuluo Yang and associate professor He Liu at Shenzhen University. Her research primarily focuses on optoelectronic materials, specifically in the design, synthesis, and characterization of thermally activated delayed fluorescent materials.



He Liu (刘贺) received his BS and PhD degrees from Jilin University in 2009 and 2014, respectively. After working at Nanyang Technological University as a postdoctoral fellow, he joined the faculty of Shenzhen University as an assistant professor in 2017 and was promoted to an associate professor in 2023. His current research interests focus on the synthesis and optoelectronic properties of organic semiconductors.


Chuluo Yang (杨楚罗) received his PhD degree in organic chemistry from Wuhan University in 1997. From 1999 to 2002, he had been a postdoctoral fellow at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, University of New Orleans, and University of Rochester. From 2003 to 2018, he had been a full professor at Wuhan University. Since 2019, he has been a full professor at Shenzhen University. His research interests cover the synthesis, structure, property and device of organic/polymeric optoelectronic materials.
